we changed?

Paris-2009, I was mesmerized once again, fully motivated as I was returning in the plane..then as I landed in Mumbai the same anger , same sadness felt my heart..i needed to express it..it has been 3 years since I last been to Paris, I studied in that city and later moved to London to work. Paris is a 'humane' city.My employer has sent me back to where I started--to India, Mumbai and I develop business in this commercial hub of India.
India as we all know is changing..has that change touched us indians..hard to say..for thus behind money it must have..for us who want to see a culturally new india we have take few steps back. I was in flight when I got the Indian times , read that goons in southern india, mangalore had attacked women in a pub..apparently this was against our culture!
On way back to Mumbai , I was in Air India flight A1 142..we had a stop over at Delhi, in fact a french friend inside the plane joked this looked like a Dadar-Pune Bus waiting to pick passengers on the way. Later the rude air hostess inside the craft didnt allow us to be in transit lounge and we were insdie the craft for over 2 hrs...the reason which I came to know later was that the crew had changed at Delhi and the Co Pilo..some Mr Bhalla! was dozing off and had not reported to the duty. Finally the king like Mr Bhalla arrived and we reached Mumbai.We fail to realise how these incidents will impact the countrys image. Well surely they make you realise you have entered India and this is the way we work..un-professionally!
